Nice hotel, located a bit off the center. Friendly staff and great restaurant for dinner. I was there in the Semana Santa (over Easter) and hence the parking situation in the town was tough - had to park a bit away, roughly 5min by foot.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Nor. Great location, close to all Rioja area bodegas and wine destinations. Loved the vibe: clean, modern hotel that was very manageable; not a big "mega" American-style chain hotel. Especially enjoyed the outside terrace for wine and coffee; loved the vibe and fact that locals co.e by and enjoy it too. Will definitely recommend it to friends: great value and greT location. And staff.

The room was clean, bed was ok, common areas were very nice, breakfast was good. Overall, a decent place to stay.

We arrived by car and fortunately, it was a Sunday so there was free parking all day all along the street where the hotel is located. The staff were very friendly and explained this to us using our limited Spanish and a few google translations. The hotel staff also advised on the many offerings in Haro and the surrounding wineries. Lovely bed and a very good shower. Good breakfast and cafe downstairs, there is a restaurant as well but didn't eat here although the reviews looked good. This a fantastic location with a 3-5 minute walk to the main square. Great spot to explore I wish we could of had a few more days here—a beautiful part of the world.

Good location in Haro and bike friendly; we were able to stow bikes in a storage area so we didn't have to worry about them. Hotel bar and restaurant were nice; bar / restaurant has a nice terrace which is great for sunny days!

Recently refurbished & spotless. Good size room with a very comfy bed with good pillows & aircon. Dined at the restaurant & thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Extensive selection of wines. Breakfast was also good with freshly squeezed orange juice & a lovely freshly made tortilla. Yum!!

Every staff person was friendly and helpful, especially the manager who personally handled a few of our questions. The restaurant was very good and the wine selection one of the best we encountered.

Great location and lovely room. Very clean too. A warm welcome when we arrived and we were given lots of great tips for things to do and see. Perfect base to go and visit the bodegas during the day - only a 10 -15 minute walk. Short walk to the tow centre in the evening too. We really enjoyed our time here.

Fantastic welcome and really helpful early check in. The receptionist was polite and friendly and her English was excellent.
